Rohit The next morning was a beautiful one, the temperature was supposed to be in the upper 80s. Anu and I woke up at 9AM, Alex followed at 11AM. Anshul came back from his class test at around 12:30PM and we decided to go to lunch at "Za's". It was actually an interesting place where you can order personal pizzas and a wide range of combinations for around $5. We walked around the main street lined by all sorts of Korean, Chinese, Mexican restaurants and U of I merchandise stores. We walked around a park where Alex decided to have a little accident (pictures in the Asian Posse) and we spent almost 30 minutes in the clean-up. The funny thing was, we got all this on a video camera! The clean-up was entertaining and after it was all over with we all decided to go for some bubble tea. It was amazing! The fresh fruit bubble tea was like a milk shake with the fruit flavor, chewy lychee bites, and some balls made of tapioca sucked with a large straw. I thought mango was the best (but then again, I'm addicted to mango). It was well worth the $4. The evening arrived and Anshul's buddies at the fraternity and all of us played tennis. Alex and I beat Anshul and Darren, an amazing feat (well no shit, it was all because of me)! The game left us all tired and upon returning, we watched Orange County at 1AM (of which the last 30 minutes Anu missed). The next and final day, we were whisked away to an Indian restaurant (called Bombay) along with Anshul's two girl friends and his roommate for next year. I thought the Indian food was nothing special (it was rather full though). It was an ordinary restaurant and it looked as if the cooks took packages of instant-mix Indian food, heated it and served us. The prices were also a bit steep taking the quality of food into consideration (not to mention a rip-off of $1.50 for a drink). The lunch was followed by DDR. I have hated that game and have thought it was stupid, but I've decided to stop that because I'm not good at it and it would be immature of me to rule a game stupid because I can't play it. Well in any case, it was sort of fun, and we left after a massive downpour of rain. The ride to and fro was interesting and there are videos and pictures of the drive. Go to the Asian Posse for more information.
